The project included the renovation of the Historic Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia. Seventy-two beautiful suites and single hotel rooms and all of the public spaces and the grounds were upgraded and renovated. At the same time, the luxury historic yacht Miss Ann and the Golden Eagle Golf Course were upgraded.

The project was completed during one "off-season," in only six months. This fact allowed the hotel to re-open and to continue to generate revenue, and allowed the hotel to retain its trained workforce and market share.
