JBI Construction estimating can be used by lenders, architects, developers and contractors or in support of disputes at arbitration or litigation. A construction estimate is useful in budgeting a project in the pre-concept phase and throughout project. When the bids are received, the estimate can be used to evaluate the validity of the various contractor's bids. Once the contract has been awarded, an estimate can be used to judge the practicality of requests for change orders. After the contract is completed, estimates become a valuable tool to the parties of a construction dispute to establish the respective claim positions.
The estimate can be useful to an owner/developer when evaluating the contractor's proposed schedule of values and subsequent payment requests. This use offers the developer invaluable protection against front loading of the contract and the resultant exposure losses that can occur if the contractor were to default after obtaining substantial early payments.

The services are designed to meet the client needs to track, support, and monitor construction activities. This process allows the customer to process payment requests, ensure timely completion and develops invaluable documentation in the event of a post construction dispute. JBI offers Quality Control services to clients to assist the client in the successful completion of the planned project. With this service, JBI monitors the contractor performance on a daily basis and compares that performance to that required by the specifications. We then document the progress and performance of the contractor through the generation of quality control reports. These reports are used by the project management personnel to modify the contractor's work activity as necessary to insure the work is being done properly.
Large construction projects can generate administrative demands that are beyond what a general contractor or owner can handle within the normal operations of the company.
As an owner's representative JBI will review the bid documents and aid the owner in the conduct of prebid meetings, review incoming bids, check field operations and recommend manning or scheduling changes to overcome delays.
As either the contractor's or owner's representative JBI will install a project monitoring and reporting system designed to meet the notification requirements of the contract while developing a documentation package that will support the client's position if a dispute should arise. The quality control techniques utilized by JBI provides the owner and/or contractor with a system of documentation that accurately memorializes the events of the project. This record often proves useful as a valuable vehicle for reconstructing the day to day activity of the project in the event of a post-project dispute.
JBI will locate, contact, coordinate, and oversee inspection testing companies such as soils, concrete or building code conformance testing companies and can consolidate the results reported by these companies into one concise consolidated report. By using this service of JBI an owner can put aside the worry of insuring quality standards are met.

JBI will assume the customer's complete design effort from the conceptualization of the new facility and the assessment of the material needs of the facility through the location and acquisition of materials in the U.S.A. or anywhere else in the world to the installation of that material at the client's site, as well as operational follow-up.
JBI offers Engineering Design Services to coordinate the design input from the major material and equipment suppliers. The service includes structure and foundation design, piping design, equipment layout planning, and all services necessary to modify equipment for the intended client use.
